1. Service Provider
These Terms govern the purchase and use of the Creator System online educational program available at https://creatsys.com/vr.

By purchasing the program, you agree to these Terms.

2. Program Description
Creator System is an online educational program designed to help creators develop their UGC skills, build portfolios, approach brands, negotiate collaborations, and grow their creator businesses.
The program includes educational materials and, depending on the selected package, coaching, personalized feedback, community access, and additional resources.
The Provider does not guarantee specific earnings, brand deals, employment, audience growth, or other business results.

3. Packages and Pricing

Foundation — $1,900

• All 8 prerecorded modules.
• Resource library, including pitch templates, rate card, invoice, media kit resources, negotiation cheat sheet, and hook library.
• Practical assignments and real brand contract breakdowns.
• 6-month access.

Signature — $2,900
Includes everything in Foundation, plus:

• Live group coaching with Viky & Regina.
• Private Skool and WhatsApp communities.
• Portfolio, media kit, pitch, and rate card reviews.
• Social media audit and growth plan.
• Guest expert masterclass and bonus lessons.
• Outreach Challenge with prizes for the top 3 creators, subject to applicable rules.
• Bonus PDF: Beyond UGC: Extra Income Streams for Creators.
• Early access to market updates and new resources.
• Eligibility for consideration for the agency creator pool.
• 12-month access.

VIP Mentorship — $5,500
Includes everything in Signature, plus:

• Private 60-minute one-to-one calls with Viky & Regina.
• Personal positioning and niche strategy session in week 1.
• Collaborative portfolio and media kit refinement.
• Personalized assignment and content feedback.
• Pitch and rate card reviews.
• Support with brand offers and negotiations.
• Custom brand target list.
• Direct WhatsApp access throughout the program wave and for 3 months afterward.
• Full social media audit and personal growth plan.
• 12-month access.

VIP Mentorship is limited to 10 creators per program wave. Session schedules and support arrangements will be communicated separately.
The package description and price displayed at checkout determine the services included in your purchase.

4. Payment and Access
All prices are stated in USD unless otherwise indicated at checkout. Applicable taxes and additional charges will be disclosed before payment.
Payment must be completed through an available payment method. Access instructions will be sent electronically after successful payment or on the announced program start date.
Unless stated otherwise, purchases are one-time payments and do not automatically renew. Any installment plan will be subject to the terms displayed at checkout.
Access begins when the program is made available:

• Foundation: 6 months.
• Signature: 12 months.
• VIP Mentorship: 12 months.

Access periods do not automatically extend because a participant has not completed the program.

5. Refunds and Withdrawal Rights
Refund requests must be submitted to [reginavika@creatorsystem.org].
Refunds and cancellations are handled in accordance with applicable law and the circumstances of the purchase. Nothing in these Terms excludes mandatory consumer rights.
Where required by law, the Provider will obtain the Customer's express consent to immediate access to digital content and acknowledgment of any applicable consequences for the right of withdrawal before access begins.
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method where practicable and within the legally required timeframe.

6. Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to provide accurate registration details, keep login credentials confidential, use the program lawfully, and treat other participants respectfully.
Paid access and course materials must not be shared with unauthorized individuals. The Provider may suspend or terminate access in response to material violations of these Terms, subject to applicable law.
Customers are responsible for their own business decisions, content, contracts, and implementation of educational recommendations.

7. Intellectual Property
All course videos, templates, PDFs, worksheets, presentations, and other educational materials are owned by the Provider or used with authorization.
Customers receive a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the purchased materials for their own educational and professional development during the access period.
Materials must not be copied, resold, redistributed, published, or used to create competing educational products without prior written permission.
Customers retain ownership of their independently created original content.

8. Coaching and Community
Coaching, reviews, mentorship, and community access are provided according to the selected package and communicated schedule.
Customers are responsible for attending scheduled sessions and submitting materials as requested. Rescheduling arrangements and response times will be communicated separately.
The Provider may moderate private communities and restrict access for serious misconduct or unauthorized sharing of confidential information.
Third-party platforms, including Skool and WhatsApp, are subject to their own terms and availability.

9. No Guarantee of Results
Creator System provides educational resources and professional guidance. Results depend on individual effort, market conditions, experience, and other factors beyond the Provider's control.
The Provider does not guarantee brand collaborations, income, employment, agency representation, audience growth, or any specific outcome.
Examples and testimonials represent individual experiences and should not be interpreted as guaranteed results.

10. Privacy and Liability
Personal data is processed in connection with purchases, program delivery, and customer support in accordance with applicable data protection laws and the website's Privacy Policy.
To the extent permitted by law, the Provider is not responsible for indirect losses arising from independent business decisions or failure to achieve a particular result.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or limits consumer rights where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law.

11. Changes and Termination
The Provider may update educational materials and make reasonable operational changes while preserving the essential benefits of purchased packages.
The Provider may suspend or terminate access for material breaches, fraud, unauthorized distribution of content, or other justified reasons, subject to applicable law.
Updates to these Terms will be published on the website. Changes will not retroactively remove rights already acquired by Customers.

12. Governing Law and Disputes
The parties will attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith communication. Unresolved disputes will be handled by the competent courts or dispute resolution bodies under applicable law.
These Terms do not deprive consumers of mandatory legal protections or jurisdictional rights.
